Free and affordable health Service

At AMP Foundation, we believe good health should never depend on income. Through our initiative AMP Jeevan Seva, we operate a community-based Health Centre dedicated to providing accessible, affordable, and compassionate medical services to all — especially families from economically weaker sections.

Our Mission

To ensure that every individual, regardless of their financial background, receives timely and quality healthcare at their doorstep.

Services We Offer

Our AMP Jeevan Seva Health Centre provides comprehensive healthcare under one roof, including:

  1. Doctor Consultation – Experienced physicians available daily for general and preventive health check-ups.

  2. Laboratory & Diagnostic Services – Full range of lab testing including blood pressure, sugar, hemoglobin (HB), ECG, and BMI check-ups.

  3. Pharmacy & Medicines – High-quality medicines provided at up to 80% discount to all patients.

  4. Patient Transport & Ambulance Service – Ensuring timely access to medical care for those who need support.

  5. Health Camps & Awareness Drives – Regular community programs for preventive care, hygiene, and wellness education.

Affordable for All

Our services are completely free for BPL (Below Poverty Line) families.
For APL (Above Poverty Line) families, we charge only a nominal fee to cover operational costs — for example:

  1. Routine Blood Sugar Test: ₹20

  2. ECG: ₹50

  3. Hemoglobin Test: ₹30

These minimal charges ensure that quality healthcare remains within everyone’s reach.
